第四十二条 擅自进入铁路、城市轨道交通防护网或者火车、城市轨道交通列车来临时在铁路、城市轨道交通线路上行走坐卧，抢越铁路、城市轨道，影响行车安全的，处警告或者五百元以下罚款。
